[摘要]保险业在快速发展的同时,销售误导问题不同程度地存在。销售误导的主要表现是夸大宣传、片面介绍、概念混淆、同业诋毁、不当销售。造成销售误导的原因主要有:保险公司经营理念不当,内部管控不力;保险营销体制存在弊端;治理误导的法律法规不完善;消费者对保险认识不够,自身保护意识不强;保险合同专业深奥,投保人难以正确理解。销售误导易引发公众对保险业的信任危机,易削弱保险公司诚信经营基础,易制约保险业可持续发展。要治理销售误导,必须强化公司责任,督促加强管理;完善营销体制,提高队伍素质;完善法律法规,加大惩罚力度;加强行业宣传,推广保险知识。 [关键词]销售误导;经营理念;内部管控;营销体制;完善法规;可持续发展 [中图分类号]F840.32[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1004-3306(2008)06-0040-03 Abstract:As China′s insurance industry grows rapidly, misadvisement in insurance marketing to some extent still exists. Misadvisement often takes the form of exaggeration, onesided introduction, confusion of concepts, devaluing competitors and other misconducts. A number of factors contribute to the long time existence of misadvisement, such as the improper operation philosophy and weak internal control, flawed distribution system, incomplete regulation system, poor knowledge about insurance of the public, etc. Misadvisement in insurance marketing can easily erode the public′s trust to insurance industry, lead to trust crisis and then hinder the sustainable development of the whole industry. To bring this kind of misconducts under control, a bunch of measures should be applied, e.g. to encourage insurance companies to strengthen the internal management of their sales force, to improve the quality of the sales persons, to complete the regulation, to launch insurance education programs to help the public to get a better understanding of insurance, etc. Key words:misadvisement in marketing; operation philosophy; internal control; distribution system; sustainable development
