[摘要]随着我国寿险市场消费需求的持续快速增长,国内大多数保险企业纷纷研究并着手建立集中运营的“大后援”模式,以应对业务快速发展所必须应对的统一、规范、高效运营管理与服务要求。集中运营模式可以有效地控制风险,降低经营成本,提高服务品质。实施集中运营模式应从长计议,统筹规划;科学设计组织架构,完善KPI体系,业务处理流程外包;重视人才培养,加大培训力度。 [关键词]寿险公司;集中运营;风险控制;流程变革 [中图分类号]F840.62[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1004-3306(2008)06-0055-03 Abstract:Most of China′s life insurance companies are now making efforts to establish their integrated backup centers to provide uniform and standardized service with high quality and thus to meet the needs of rapidly increasing business volume. The integrated operation mode can effectively control the risk, reduce the operating cost, and improve service quality. It should be noted that the integrated operation mode can not be established overnight and insurance companies should make overall plans and take all factors into consideration. Scientifically designed organization structure should be in place and Key Performance Indicators (KPI ) system be complete. Life insurance companies should also pay attention to outsourcing and education and training programs.
