In recent years, even though the intermediary market has seen some development, there are still lingering problems of weak market concepts, ambiguous role positioning, inadequate personnel quality and insufficient standardization of the market, etc. Therefore, we should proceed from firmly installing the market concepts, emphasizing human resources development and cultivation, strengthening professional ethics education and enhancing regulation to proactively promote the standardization and specialization of the insurance intermediary market.
