[摘要]个人汽车消费贷款保证保险,即新车贷险,在第一代“车贷险”全面叫停,沉寂了半年后又重新回到市场。然而,一直为银行、经销商、购车人所热盼的新车贷险却再遭冷遇。究其原因,外部环境、社会信用制度、法律法规的不完善等仍是新车贷险发展受阻的主要原因。目前,只有从改善内部利益关系,完善内部管理体制着手,才能找到推动新车贷险发展的道路。 [关键词]新车贷险;利益主体;博弈关系 [中图分类号] F840.69 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)08-0028-03 Abstract: The new Private Automobile Loans Bond Insurance (PALBI) was put into market once again after its first generation had been banned for half a year. However, why this new PALBI which is earnestly expected by banks, automobile dealers and consumers, encountered such a depressing market reaction? The answer to this question lies with the underdevelopment of the external environment, social credit system and relevant legislation. Currently, the only way to promote the healthy development of PALBI is to improve internal sharing of interest and enhance the internal management mechanism.
