[摘要]中国银行保险在十多年的发展历程中,增长迅速的同时暴露出了产品结构单一、手续费恶性竞争和激励机制不畅等诸多问题。究其原因,在一定程度上都与目前采取分销协议和战略联盟这些较为初级的经营模式有关。政策法规限制的放宽,使得未来中国银行保险的资本融合成为可能;建立合资企业和金融集团,将是未来中国银行保险资本融合的可行模式;积极采取措施应对监管挑战,则是引导和规范未来中国银行保险资本融合的必然选择。 [关键词]银行保险;经营模式;资本融合 [中图分类号] F840.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)11-0038-03 Abstract: China’s bancassurance developed fast in the recent decade. However there are still some problems such as relativetiy simple product structure, fierce commission competition, lack of reasonable incentive systems and so on. All these are related to the current primary operational models of distribution agreement and strategic alliance. The deregulation makes it impossible for the capital consolidation betwen China’s commercial banks and insurance companies.Joint ventures and financial groups will be feasible operational models for this trend in China. Taking effective measures against supervisory challenges is an inevitable choice for guiding and regularizing China’s bankinsurance capital consolidation.
