[摘要]商业寿险公司积极开拓“两乡”保险市场,可以在不断满足农民保险保障需求的进程中,实现跨越式发展。发展“两乡”业务是商业寿险公司的社会责任,是商业寿险公司做大做强的必由之路,商业寿险公司开拓“两乡”业务也具有得天独厚的条件和优势。商业寿险公司应把“两乡”营销服务部作为公司的基础工程来建设,要实施城镇拉动策略和梯度开发策略;要选好经理、配好组训、建好队伍;要坚持合理布局原则、软件和硬件建设并重原则、经济效益和社会效益统一原则。要通过宣传发动、典型带动和政策推动,切实把“两乡”业务视为商业寿险公司业务发展的重点来推动。 [关键词]商业寿险公司;“两乡”市场;农民保险需求;跨越式发展;营销服务 [中图分类号] F840.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)12-0008-03 Abstract: Commercial life insurance companies can achieve accelerated development by proactively expanding the insurance market in townships and villages and continuously meeting insurance protection needs of the rural population. Developing township and village insurance business is the social responsibility of commercial life insurance companies, and the inevitable route for their strengthening as well. They have incomparable advantages to explore the township and village business. Commercial life insurance companies should regard sales service offices in townships and villages as an important infrastructure to be completed and capitalize on the driving force of cities and townships and develop the grassroots market step by step. They should establish a quality local team with good managers, supervisors and sales people. While doing so, the insurance companies should adhere to the principle of rational deployment, giving equal importance to software and hardware construction, and coordination of social benefits and economic benefits. They should establish the awareness that township and village businesses are key business of commercial insurers by promoting the concept through more publicity exposure, popularizing the experiences of successful pilot areas, and offering support with preferential policies.
