[摘要]保险业的劳动关系管理在构建和谐社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但其功能的发挥还不尽完善,目前主要存在理论研究缺失、社会认识不足、对保险业的就业认识不够、保险营销员的法律地位不明确、有关政策不配套等问题。应从政府相关部门协调配合入手,明确政府各行为主体在发挥保险劳动关系管理功能中的责任,通过建立多元的营销模式以发挥保险在诚信基础上服务和谐社会的管理功能。 [关键词]保险劳动关系管理;社会管理;营销模式 [中图分类号] F840.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)12-0058-02 Abstract: Labor relationship management in the insurance sector is playing an increasingly important but far from being sufficient role in the construction of a harmonious society. The major problems are: insufficient theoretical research, lack of social recognition, lack of understanding of the insurance profession, undefined legal status of insurance agents and lack of supporting policies, etc. We should proceed from obtaining coordination of relevant government departments, specifying the responsibilities of them in deploying the role of insurance labor relationship in social management, establishing a multipillar distribution model, and enabling the insurance industry to better serve the endeavors of constructing a harmonious society on the basis of high credibility.
