[摘要]寿险公司农村业务的基础在乡镇和乡村,农村寿险中心网点建设是抢占农村业务市场的桥头堡,提高经营管理水平的重要举措,提升服务品质和美誉度的迫切需要,增强客户信任度的有效载体。目前农村寿险中心网点建设普遍存在基础比较薄弱、管理服务功能欠缺、品牌形象不高等问题,难以满足农村寿险市场发展的需要。寿险公司农村中心网点建设必须以科学发展观为指导,明确发展目标、设立条件、功能定位、建设标准,做到发展有目标,建立有基础,核算有效益,风险可管控,建设有标准。 [关键词]寿险公司;农村业务;中心网点建设 [中图分类号] F840.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2007)01-0042-02 Abstract: As rural life insurance business is based on townships and villages, construction of core life business outlets in rural areas is the bridgehead for life insurance companies to increase their presence in rural market. It is also an urgent and important measure for them to enhance their management, improve their service quality, uplift their corporate profile and increase customers’ confidence. However, due to the unsound basis for rural insurance core business outlets construction, insufficient management and service function and unpopular brand image, it is difficult to satisfy the need of rural life insurance market. Therefore, the construction of rural core business outlets for life insurance companies must, under the direction of scientific development concept, have a clear development strategy, establishment condition, functional positioning and construction standard. In this way, we can have a clear goal for development and a solid foundation for establishment, and we can also have effective assessment, controllable risk and standardized construction.
